The Ramdana(Amaranth) namkeen can be made easily by just dry roasting it and adding to it, roasted & crushed peanuts and fox nuts to it. One can add a basic tadka of curry leaves for extra flavor along with dry spices. This healthy, very low calorie snack can be eaten anytime, even during normal days without fasting.
